The Program Analyst II (Policy) provides support to technical staff, performing a variety of both complex and analytical duties. These duties could range from routine tasks such as maintaining program files, to more complex analytical type tasks such as collecting, compiling, and analyzing data for various program documents and designing and maintaining spreadsheets in support of financial tracking systems. The Program Analyst will work closely with the team and provide input on related technical and managerial issues. The program analyst may also work with other members of the team to assist in areas such as country backstopping, overall administrative support and other duties. The Program Analyst ranks tasks in order of importance and impending deadlines and handles several tasks simultaneously. The individual must develop a working knowledge of USAID/State policies and guidelines, as well as corporate practices and procedures. The individual is expected to become familiar with office/division technical issues and policies. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for a “Secret” security clearance.
Salary Range: $85,000 - 92,000 annually
Work Mode: Hybrid
Work Location: Department of State Headquarters, Washington DC.
