The program analyst serves as the Director of Foreign Assistance’s primary scheduler and principal assistant, while also providing support to technical staff, for the effective administration of the Front Office. In addition to administrative functions, the Program Analyst could be called upon to performs a variety of both complex and analytical duties. These duties could range from routine tasks such as maintaining program files, to more complex analytical type tasks such as collecting, compiling, and analyzing data for various program documents and designing and maintaining spreadsheets in support of financial tracking systems. The Program Analyst will work closely with the team and provide input on related technical and managerial issues. The program analyst may also work with other members of the team to assist in areas such as country-specific portfolios, overall administrative support, and other duties. The Program Analyst ranks tasks in order of importance and impending deadlines and handles several tasks simultaneously. To perform this job successfully and perform each essential duty satisfactorily, an individual must be detail oriented, a flexible team player, and capable of accurately tracking fast moving events. Salary Range: $90,000 - $100,000 annually
